No, the Blaze does not have onboard memory. All customizations are stored via software and require it to be running for active use.

Ensure the USB connector is firmly plugged into a functional USB port. Try connecting the mouse to a different port or restarting your computer. If the issue persists, check your Device Manager for any hardware conflicts.

Make sure you saved your custom button settings to the mouse’s onboard memory via the Blaze software. If the settings weren’t saved properly, reconfigure and save them again. Also, verify that you're using the correct profile.

Open the Blaze software to check if the lighting is turned off or set to a static color. You can also cycle lighting modes through the software. Reconnecting the mouse or restarting your system may also help reset the lighting.

Mouse movement issues may be caused by low DPI settings or an unsuitable surface. Try increasing the DPI level using the DPI button and use a proper mousepad for better sensor Accuracy.

This could be due to a misconfigured macro, faulty switch, or debounce timing. Try

resetting the mouse settings via the software. If the problem continues, test the mouse on another system or contact support.
