Warranty Policy
Learn about Amkette’s product warranty coverage.

All Amkette products come with a performance warranty that covers any defects from the original purchase date. If a product turns out to be faulty due to material or workmanship during the warranty period, Amkette will repair or replace the product at its sole discretion. However, if the product malfunctions due to third-party software installed by the customer or other reasons, no warranty is provided.
Each product has a specific warranty period listed on the product page under "Specifications." The warranty allows the purchaser to have the product repaired or replaced under the following terms:
Warranty Coverage
During the warranty period:
- Defective parts or products will be replaced with new or serviceable ones free of charge.
- Amkette’s liability is limited to repair or replacement only.
- Amkette is not responsible for any incidental, consequential, or other damages of any kind.
- For out-of-warranty repairs, charges must be paid in advance at the Amkette Care Centre.
- Proof of purchase is required to avail of warranty service.
What’s Not Covered
- Physical damage.
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
- Defaced or missing serial numbers or warranty seals.
- Improper usage or operating conditions.
- Data loss or damage to storage media.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Software or data loss during repairs.
- Lack of routine maintenance as per user guide.
- External accessories.
- Missing software/accessories not reported within 3 working days of purchase.
- Accidents, misuse, fire, water, lightning, or natural disasters.
Special Warranty Types
Lifetime Warranty
This covers repair or replacement of defective parts for the expected product life. For example, audio and HDMI cables have a defined lifetime of 3 years.
Warranty Against Manufacturing Defects
If a manufacturing defect is reported within 30 days, the product will be replaced free of charge. Issues after 30 days are not covered.
Limited Warranty
Beyond the terms stated above, Amkette disclaims all other warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
