When you shop on Amkette.com, you shop with confidence. We offer a “no objections” Return Policy — whether you simply didn’t like the product or found a fault, we've got you covered. Just contact our Support Team and we’ll take care of the return and refund process.

Things to Keep in Mind

• Return the product in the same condition you received it, with all accessories included.
• After we receive the product, it will be inspected and you'll be notified of the status.
• If everything checks out, your refund will be processed within 1 working day of receiving the return.
• If any accessory is missing, the value of the missing item will be deducted from the refund.
• Refunds may take 12–15 days to reflect in your account (usually faster), depending on your bank/payment provider.
• If there is no defect in the product, a service charge of ₹75/- will be deducted from your refund.
