Shipping Policy

Free & Paid Shipping

All orders with a value of ₹500 and above are eligible for free shipping. Free shipping will be automatically applied during checkout.

Orders below ₹500 will incur a shipping charge of ₹75. This will be shown on the payment page before purchase.

Shipping Timelines

• Most orders are shipped within 3 working days and delivered within 4-5 business days post dispatch.
• In some cases, shipping may take up to 7 working days.
• If we are unable to ship part of your order within 7 days, it will be cancelled and you’ll be notified via email. The payment for the cancelled item will be refunded.

Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver to over 750 cities across India including:

• Delhi & NCR
• Metro cities
• Rest of India
• North East and Jammu & Kashmir

Shipping Process

• We ship through reputed courier services.
• Orders are shipped Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
• You will receive tracking details once your product is dispatched.
• For multiple items, shipments may arrive separately based on availability or warehouse location.

Damaged Packages

If you receive a damaged or tampered package, please do not accept it. Contact our Customer Care or WhatsApp Support with your Order Reference Number. We will ensure a prompt replacement or resolution.

Order Invoicing

All shipments—including gifts—will include an invoice with prices as per Indian Tax Regulations.

Refund Timelines (For Cancelled Items)

• Credit Card: You will not be charged for the cancelled items.
• Debit Card / Net Banking: Refund will be initiated within 2 working days. However, banks may take 7–15 days to reflect the amount in your account.

If you haven’t received the refund within the given time, please check with your bank and notify us for assistance.
